1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Processing begins once your payment is verified and includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major wellness events, or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll communicate any delays via email if they occur.
- Custom or personalized items (if offered) may require additional 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers (primarily USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to provide secure and trackable shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories):
- Standard Shipping — $6.95–$12.95 (depending on order weight and location) Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited / Priority Shipping — $14.95–$24.95 Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing.
- Free Standard Shipping — On orders over $75 (continental US only; excludes Alaska/Hawaii).
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to select countries (Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, and others—check availability at checkout).
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (varies significantly by country and customs clearance).
- Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by the carrier or local authorities upon arrival.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Order weight and package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Chosen shipping method
- We do not mark up carrier rates excessively; we aim for fair, transparent pricing.
- No hidden fees—any applicable taxes or duties are displayed clearly where required by law.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking number(s).
- Track your package directly via the carrier's website or our order status page.

5. Local Pickup (if applicable)
We do not currently offer in-store pickup or local delivery in New York City. If this changes, we'll update this policy and announce it on our site.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Special Notes
- We do not ship certain restricted items internationally (e.g., specific supplements, candles, or items classified as hazardous materials under IATA/USPS rules). These will be noted on product pages.
- Some products may ship separately if sourced from different warehouses or vendors (e.g., dropshipped items).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs holds, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- For domestic orders: If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, file a claim with the carrier first (we'll assist). Most carriers offer limited insurance.
- For damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
- International: Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value orders.
8. Changes, Cancellations & Address Updates
- You may request order changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing support immediately.
- Once processing or shipping begins, changes are not guaranteed.
- If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you'll be responsible for reshipment fees.
9. How This Policy Interacts with Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).
